PolyOne Corporation (NYSE: POL), a premier provider of specialized polymer materials, services and solutions, and Spartech (NYSE: SEH), a leading producer of plastic sheet, compounds and packaging solutions, today announced they have entered into a definitive agreement, under which PolyOne will acquire Spartech.
