PolyOne Launches New Non-Halogenated Flame Retardant TPE Solutions for Consumer Electronics and Appliances

SAO PAULO, Brazil – PolyOne GLS Thermoplastic Elastomers, a global leader in high-performance, custom-formulated thermoplastic elastomer solutions (TPEs), is showcasing three new additions to its OnFlex™ HFFR (non-halogenated flame-retardant) 300 TPE series at Brasilplast 2011 (booth A 68). These new grades give consumer electronics and appliance OEMs an opportunity to expand market reach in applications requiring flame retardant performance and superior aesthetics without the use of halogens or phthalates.
