ADDIVANT’S BAY MINETTE PLANT RECOGNIZED FOR IMPRESSIVE SAFETY RECORD FOR SEVENTH YEAR, SAFEGUARDING CONSISTENCY OF SUPPLY

Danbury, Conn. (August 5, 2014) – Addivant™, a global leader in polymer additive technologies, today announced that its Bay Minette, Ala., plant was awarded, for the seventh consecutive year, a No Lost-Time certificate from Manufacture Alabama, the state’s manufacturing association, for zero time lost due to accidents in 2013. The certificate was signed by Governor Robert Bentley of the State of Alabama, and presented to Andrea Blair, Addivant’s Bay Minette site manager, at Manufacture Alabama’s Safety/Health/Human Resources conference held in Orange Beach, Ala., in May. As a result of this strong safety record, no production time was lost, providing consistency of supply to Addivant customers.
